The nasty crash on restart bug is still haunting me... I think i fixed it for now, but I can't be sure.

• Fixed crash on restart. Hopefully.
• Fixed the Cave Story game over screen's odd behavior when restarting.
  • Should also fix a black screen crash when you spam it too much
• Added death counter to pause screen
• Added support for using IJKL keys to move instead of arrow keys. If you REALLY need it, I guess.
• Windows port now only contains the executable, which should be a little more convenient since you shouldn't need to keep it in its own folder anymore.
